American model, Chrissy Teigen is remembering her son, Jack, on the one year anniversary of his death.
The grieving mum shared a throwback photo of herself and husband, John Legend, on her hospital bed on the day their son passed shortly after his death was induced, and she poured out her emotions in the caption.
